Scope of Services. Through this Site, Magnolia Luxe Cleaning Services markets and arranges Deep Cleaning, Apartment Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Kitchen Cleaning, Bathroom Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://magnolialuxecleaningservices.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Magnolia Luxe Cleaning Services or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

End of Use. Magnolia Luxe Cleaning Services may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Magnolia Luxe Cleaning Services does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Magnolia Luxe Cleaning Services arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magnolia Luxe Cleaning Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Choice of Law. MS law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of MS, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
